Fuel cap to prevent water and debris from entering the fuel inlet.

Requirement
I was concerned about the potential risk of water, dust, and debris settling on the fuel inlet, so decided to design and print a fuel cap for my Ford Ranger 2024 model (should also fit 2023 model-year onwards). The photograph shows the inlet dimension of 66mm for reference.
Design & CAD
Fusion 360 was used to design the fuel cap, and Silhouette Studio was used to design the label.
Build notes
Printed using eSUN flexible TPE-83A filament in black. Settings used were 4 perimeters and 40% infill to give a solid print. The fuel cap was printed on my trusty Prusa MK2.5S, now in its tenth year of service, using a smooth PEI sheet with a slight dusting of talcum powder to allow easy removal of the print.
The label was created using Silhouette Studio, printed on vinyl matte self-adhesive inkjet paper, then covered with a layer of matte vinyl to make it fully waterproof, and cut with a Portrait 3 cutter.
